What format are your videos?
All videos are available on VHS tape (NTSC format for North America & Japan) or on DVD Video at no extra charge. Our DVDs play in either NTSC or PAL DVD players.
I live in Europe, will your video tapes play in my VCR?
Unless you have a multi-format VCR, you will need your tapes converted to the PAL system. We do that for you at $10 extra per video. If you select DVDs, conversions are not necessary.
How will my order be shipped? 
All orders are promptly shipped in plain wrappers via First Class US or International Air Mail.
May I send cash as payment for products?
Yes, you may send cash but please mail it CERTIFIED. We also accept Western Union, Money Grams, and foreign currency. Please e-mail us for details. If you don't know the conversion rate of your home currency to U.S. Dollars, click Currency Converter , or email us at  for the current exchange rates.
 How fast will I receive my order?
U.S. orders take 1 to 5 days to arrive. International orders usually take 5-7 days.

Will my name be added to your mailing list?
When you order products, your name is automatically added to our customer mailing list. 2 or 3 times per year, we send flyers to our customers, announcing new products and special discounts that are not available elsewhere. This list is NOT SOLD to other companies. See our Privacy Statement.
Can I be removed from your mailing list?
Yes. Simply tell us that you prefer not to be on our mailing list. Be sure to include your full name and address.
What is your refund policy?
As per the industry standard in video sales, all sales are final. Once you receive your product, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing or shipping defect, in which case we will gladly replace the product for free.
